VE Team Korea — September 2026

Throughout September 2026, VE Team Korea established a remote examination system and conducted multiple FCC Amateur Radio license examination sessions.

We also appointed new Volunteer Examiners, strengthened our internal training system, and expanded our collaboration by supporting another VE examination team.

01. Official Website & Remote Exam System Launch

Launch of the Official Website and Remote Examination System

We built a foundation for stable remote operation, covering the entire process from exam registration and candidate guidance to online proctoring and exam result processing.

3 New Volunteer Examiners Appointed

To support more stable exam operations and future expansion, VE Team Korea appointed 3 new Volunteer Examiners.

The newly appointed VEs are:

• 2 Amateur Extra Class VEs
• 1 General Class VE

With the addition of these three new VEs to our existing team of three, VE Team Korea now operates with a total of 6 Volunteer Examiners.

3 → 6 VEs

This expanded team structure provides greater flexibility in scheduling exam sessions and ensures a more stable pool of examiners, creating a stronger foundation for conducting more sessions in the future.

04. Supporting Another VE Team

Supporting an Examination Operated by Another VE Team

In addition to conducting our own examination sessions, VE Team Korea also participated in and supported 1 examination session operated by another VE team.

As Volunteer Examiners, our members assisted with exam supervision and operations while strengthening cooperation with other teams within the VE community.

1 External VE Session Supported

VE Team Korea continues to expand its activities beyond its own examination sessions by building cooperative relationships with other Volunteer Examiners and VE teams.

05. VE Training & Standardization

VE Training and Standardization of Examination Procedures

To improve the consistency and reliability of examination operations, VE Team Korea strengthened its internal procedures for both new and existing Volunteer Examiners.

We shared operational guides covering the key regulations and procedures that VEs need to understand during exam administration and conducted a training assessment based on those materials.

Training & Standardization

• Development and organization of VE operational guides and manuals
• Sharing of examination supervision procedures
• Training on relevant regulations and operational standards
• VE training assessment
• Standardization of internal examination procedures

Through these efforts, we strengthened our internal operating system so that each VE can conduct examinations according to consistent standards and procedures.
