How we use Google Analytics

  • Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals (cross-device tracking) are turned off.

  • If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose to accept it.

How to refuse cookies

  • Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or decline analytics cookies at any time. Declining also deletes any stored _ga cookies.
  • You can block cookies in your browser settings, e.g. Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Safari: Settings → Privacy.
  • You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you block essential cookies, some features such as signing in and looking up results will not work.

6. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop its processing, or to withdraw your consent. Email [email protected]; after verifying your identity we will act without delay (within 10 days at the latest) and tell you the outcome. You may also ask through a representative with a letter of authorization.

Deletion may be limited for records we must keep by law, or exam records already filed with the FCC or our VEC.

7. Deletion

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the data without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Security measures

  • All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and passwords and verification codes are stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
  • Exam result files are kept in separate, non-public storage and are released only after identity verification.
  • Access to personal data is limited to examiners and administrators, and permissions are managed.

9. Visitors from the EEA and UK (GDPR)

  • Legal bases: exam requests and exams are services you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); security logs rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); analytics cookies rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Rights: in addition to the rights in section 6, you have the right to data portability and to object, and you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.
  • International transfers: transfers to U.S. providers rely on their EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
